Wall hanging Raku Moon fired in my Raku kiln. This one is a 3d moon, and has a beautiful copper where the flames reduced the oxygen on the glaze. It is green at the edges where oxygen had access- I love the nuance of these glazes and each and every piece is unique and one of a kind.
The back is smoked black and grey while, glazed side has variations of colour, tints, and texture. It holds the energy of the fast firing, each moon I make is totally unique and beautiful in its own way. Hung on twine these moons offer a beautiful magic to any wall space.
