Bauble - Mushroom middle

One of only two bauble available this year due to several mishaps along the way (I originally had 6) where my ambition for them to be truly mind boggling perhaps pushed the boundaries a little far :)
 
Thrown as small hollow forms on the wheel and then trimmed to be lovely a thin walled. I then carved into the sides the moon crescent shaped holes. Inside hangs a little red topped fly garic mushroom. It's very sweet! 22 karat gold trim and stars adorn the bauble and it's finished in Ocean glaze.
