Dragon Fly Goddess Mug

A small collection of goddess mugs, each of them very different in their character.
 
This is the Dragon Fly Goddess, inspired by those most magical of fleeting glimpses along river banks and woodland lakes. I love seeing them skim the surface, flashes of colour sparking out from the earthy backdrops. They feel to me like messengers from the fae and other worlds, treating us to a taste of their magic and mystery.
 
Thrown on the wheel then the face sculpted into the surfaces, details hand made. This mug is glazed a satin earthy turquoise.
