This Chalice is hand thrown by me in two parts on my potters wheel. It's such a gorgeous form to throw and then decorating was pure joy. This one is hand etched with a celestial serpent, a reminder to hold the feminine power of the serpent in ceremony or quiet contemplation. The chalice is finished with touches of 22 karat gold which is fired permanently onto the surface. The Glaze is a deep brick red.
